Washington and Madison Brooks Biography
On Friday, January 27,
18-year-old Kaivon Washington pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting Madison
Brooks, a Louisiana State University student who reportedly died in a car
accident after being abused by a group of boys.
According to The
Independent, Kaivon Washington is one of four suspects linked to the incident.
Court documents indicate this is not Washington's first run-in with the law, as
he was reportedly charged with physically abusing a 12-year-old girl in 2020.

While the 2020 case
reportedly expired, it later resurfaced. the name Washington is associated with
Madison. Brooks Incident. According to the New York Post, a day after Kayvon
Washington was released on bail after being arrested for assaulting Madison
Brooks, he was arrested again in a cold 2020 case.
The WRBZ stated that
when Kayvon Washington was 15, he was charged with assaulting a 12-year-old boy
at an apartment complex in Livington Parish. The girl told officers that
Washington took her towel and abused her for 30 minutes.
Although the case initially
went quiet and Washington denied the allegations, a witness to the 2020
incident came forward shortly after the suspect was arrested in the Madison
Brooks assault case.
The WDSU reported that in the recent case of
Madison Brooks, Washington and her friends allegedly assaulted an LSU student
in her car before abandoning her on the side of the road. Brooks, whose blood
alcohol level indicated she was intoxicated at the time, was thrown to the side
of the road before being fatally hit by a vehicle. In an interview with WAFB,
Haley said: In addition to Washington, two other adult suspects linked to the
Brooks assault are currently out on bail.
