"Mark Nicholls was arrested on suspicion of murder on Friday, June 2nd, and charged with the same crime yesterday, Saturday, June 3rd." Nicholls of Crofton Avenue has been arrested and will appear in court tomorrow, Monday, June 5.
Around noon on Tuesday, May 30, Emily's body was found in a building on Crofton Avenue. Her death was caused by a head injury, according to an autopsy. A 40-year-old woman arrested for helping criminals on May 31 remains on police bail. According to the police, she had made the required referral to the Independent Police Conduct Office.
